     Population Biology and Conservation of seabirds. Use of GIS technology in management of coastal and marine ecosystems, community planning and development.

     1990-present: Associate Professor, Multiversidad Franciscana del Latina America, Montevideo, Uruguay
     1990-1996 Commission Member, State of Maine Governor's Commission on  Oil Spill Preparedness
     May 1986 to August 1987: Research Assistant,  University of Rhode Island Environmental Data Center.
